Welcome to Khetvasi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the microgreens subscription services we provide in Delhi, India.

1. Service Area and Delivery

Khetvasi currently operates and delivers exclusively within Delhi, India. We reserve the right to cancel orders or subscriptions placed with delivery addresses outside our serviceable zones. Deliveries are made weekly based on your chosen subscription tier. We guarantee that all microgreens are harvested within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Monthly subscriptions (Starter and Pro) are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
• Modifications: You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle.
• Trial Packs: Trial packs are one-time purchases and do not automatically enroll you in a recurring subscription unless explicitly selected.

3. Product Quality and Returns

Because our microgreens are highly perishable agricultural products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory delivery, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will issue a replacement or credit your account at our discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via Khetvasi. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe drop-off location is specified, as microgreens require immediate refrigeration.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the brand name "KHETVASI", the tagline "The Spirit of the Soil", logos, text, graphics, and images, are the property of Khetvasi and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khetvasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
